## Abstract

EPA is issuing a final decision which approves the request of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts for a waiver from the requirements of 40 CFR part 763, subpart E, Asbestos-Containing Materials in Schools, based on a formal assurance to EPA that Massachusetts has an asbestos accreditation program at least as stringent as the EPA's Asbestos Model Accreditation Plan.
