## Abstract

The EPA is approving the State Plan submitted by the State of Oklahoma on July 10, 1998. The plan was developed in accordance with sections 111 and 129 of the Clean Air Act, and provides for implementation and enforcement of the Emissions Guidelines (EG) applicable to existing Municipal Waste Combustors (MWCs) with capacity to combust more than 250 tons per day of municipal solid waste (MSW) (see 40 CFR part 60, subpart Cb).
