## Abstract

EPA is approving revisions to the South Carolina State Implementation Plan (SIP) which were submitted to EPA by South Carolina, through the South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control (SCDHEC), on June 6, 1989, and September 27, 1990. The EPA is approving the revisions and adoptions of general definitions to the South Carolina regulation 62.1 Definitions, Permit Requirements, and Emission Inventory.
