## Abstract

EPA is approving State Implementation Plan (SIP) revisions submitted by the State of New Hampshire. These revisions establish 15 percent rate-of-progress (ROP) and contingency plans for ozone nonattainment areas in the State. The revisions also include regulations adopted by New Hampshire to control volatile organic compound (VOC) emissions from gasoline dispensing facilities and from gasoline tank trucks. The intended effect of this action is to approve these plans and regulations as revisions to the State's SIP. This action is being taken in accordance with the Clean Air Act.
