## Abstract

EPA is approving a State Implementation Plan (SIP) revision submitted by the State of Maryland. This revision establishes and requires volatile organic compound (VOC) emission control requirements for sources that store or handle JP-4 jet fuel. The intended effect of this action is to approve revisions to COMAR 26.11.13 into the Maryland SIP in accordance with the Clean Air Act.
