## Abstract

EPA is taking direct final action on revisions to the California State Implementation Plan. This action is an administrative change which revises the definitions in South Coast Air Quality Management District (SCAQMD or District) Rule 102, Definition of Terms. The intended effect of approving this action is to incorporate changes to the definitions for clarity and consistency with revised Federal and state definitions.
