## Abstract

This regulation establishes an exemption from the requirement of a tolerance for residues of titanium dioxide when used as an inert ingredient (UV protectant) in microencapsulated formulations of lambda- cyhalothrin. Zeneca AgProducts requested this tolerance exemption under the Federal Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act (FFDCA), as amended by the Food Quality Protection Act of 1996 (Pub. L. 104-170).
