## Abstract

This rule establishes a temporary exemption from the requirement of a tolerance for residues of the insecticide, Bacillus thuringiensis subspecies tolworthi Cry9C protein and the genetic material necessary for its production in corn for feed use only; as well as in meat, poultry, milk, or eggs resulting from animals fed such feed. DATES: This regulation is effective April 10, 1998. Objections and requests for hearings must be received by EPA on or before June 9, 1998.
