This regulation establishes a time-limited tolerances for the combined residues of the herbicide N-(4-fluorophenyl)-N-(1- methylethyl)-2-[[5-(trifluoromethyl)-1,3,4-thiadiazol-2- yl]oxy]acetamide and its metabolites containing the 4-fluoro-N- methylethyl benzenamine moiety [hereafter referred to as flufenacet, the proposed common chemical name] in or on certain raw agricultural commodities.
