## Abstract

EPA is granting conditional limited approval of a State Implementation Plan (SIP) revision submitted by the State of Delaware. This revision establishes and requires all major sources of nitrogen oxides (NO<INF>X</INF>) to implement reasonably available control technology (RACT). This revision was submitted to comply with the NO<INF>X</INF> requirements of the Clean Air Act. The intended effect of this action is to grant conditional limited approval of Delaware's NO<INF>X</INF> RACT Regulation.
