## Abstract

EPA is taking direct final action on revisions to the Maryland State Implementation Plan (SIP). These revisions establish reasonable available control technology (RACT) to limit volatile organic compound (VOC) emissions from solid resin decorative surfaces, brake shoe coatings, structural steel coatings, and digital imaging. EPA is fully approving these revisions in accordance with the requirements of the Clean Air Act.
