## Abstract

EPA is taking direct final action to approve revisions to the California State Implementation Plan (SIP). This action is an administrative change which revises the definitions in Modoc County Air Pollution Control District (MCAPCD), Siskiyou County Air Pollution Control District (SCAPCD), Tehama County Air Pollution Control District (TCAPCD), and Tuolumne County Air Pollution Control District (TUCAPCD). The intended effect of approving this action is to incorporate changes to the definitions for clarity and consistency and to update the Exempt Compound list in TCAPCD definition's rule to be consistent with the revised federal and state VOC definitions.
