## Abstract

EPA is approving a State Implementation Plan (SIP) revision submitted by the State of Maryland. This revision imposes reasonably available control technology (RACT) requirements for volatile organic compounds (VOCs) from sources that manufacture explosives and propellant. The intent of this action is to approve Maryland's request to amend its SIP to include RACT requirements to control VOCs from the manufacture of explosives and propellant.
