## Abstract

The United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is approving the section 111(d) Plan submitted by the South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control (DHEC) for the State of South Carolina on April 12, 1999, for implementing and enforcing the Emissions Guidelines (EG) applicable to existing Municipal Solid Waste (MSW) Landfills. See 40 CFR part 60, subpart Cc.
