## Abstract

EPA is approving the California State Plan for implementing the emissions guidelines (EG) applicable to existing municipal solid waste (MSW) landfills. The Plan was submitted by the California Air Resources Board (CARB) for the State of California to satisfy requirements of section 111(d) of the Clean Air Act (the Act).
