## Abstract

EPA is approving the Arizona State Plan for implementing the emissions guidelines (EG) applicable to existing municipal solid waste (MSW) landfills. The Plan was submitted by the Arizona Department of Environmental Quality (ADEQ) for the State of Arizona to satisfy requirements of section 111(d) of the Clean Air Act (the Act).
