## Abstract

EPA is approving two State Implementation Plan (SIP) revisions submitted by the State of Maryland. These revisions include new regulations which establish and require volatile organic compound (VOC) emission control requirements for vinegar generators and leather coating operations. The intended effect of this action is to approve two new regulations to control VOCs into the Maryland SIP in accordance with the Clean Air Act.
