## Abstract

The United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is approving the section 111(d) Plan submitted by the Tennessee Department of Environment and Conservation (DEC) for the State of Tennessee on January 8, 1999, for implementing and enforcing the Emissions Guidelines (EG) applicable to existing Municipal Solid Waste (MSW) Landfills.
