## Abstract

This regulation establishes a time-limited tolerance for combined residues of sethoxydim and its metabolites containing the 2- cyclohexen-1-one moiety (calculated as the herbicide) in or on buckwheat. This action is in connection with a crisis exemption declared under section 18 of the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act authorizing use of the pesticide on buckwheat. This regulation establishes a maximum permissible level for residues of sethoxydim in this food commodity. The tolerance will expire and is revoked on December 31, 2001.
