## Abstract

EPA is approving General Conformity SIP revisions submitted by the Governor of Wyoming on March 14, 1995; submitted by the Governor of Utah on February 12, 1996; and submitted by the Governor of Colorado on September 16, 1997. These SIP revisions were submitted to meet a requirement of section 176(c) of the Clean Air Act.
