## Abstract

EPA is announcing the final approval of the Missouri ``Definitions and Common Reference Tables'' rule and certain portions of the Missouri ``Operating Permits'' rule as revisions to the Missouri State Implementation Plan (SIP) and as revisions to the State operating permits program. These revisions clarify the Missouri rules, update the rules for consistency with Federal regulations and other state rules, and are consistent with EPA guidance.
