## Abstract

The EPA is taking direct final action on revisions to the Texas State Implementation Plan (SIP). These revisions concern Control of Air Pollution from Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC), Miscellaneous Industrial Sources, specifically, asphaltic operations in the Nueces County and the ozone nonattainment areas. The EPA is approving these revisions to regulate emissions of VOCs in accordance with the requirements of the Federal Clean Air Act (the Act).
