The EPA is approving revised source specific lead (Pb) emissions limits for the Hammond Group--Halstab Division (Halstab) facility located in Hammond, Indiana which is located in Lake County. This requested revision to the Indiana State Implementation Plan (SIP) was submitted by the State of Indiana on May 18, 1999.
