## Abstract

EPA is conditionally approving a State Implementation Plan (SIP) revision submitted by the District of Columbia. This revision requires major sources of nitrogen oxides (NO<INF>X</INF>) in the District to implement reasonably available control technology (RACT). The effect of this action is to approve the SIP revision on the condition that deficiencies in the regulation are corrected and that the revised regulation is resubmitted within one year of this approval.
