## Abstract

EPA is approving revisions to the Alabama Department of Environmental Management's (ADEM) Administrative Code submitted on October 23, 1998, by the State of Alabama. These revisions were made to comply with the regulations set forth in the Clean Air Act (CAA). Included in this document are revisions to Chapter 335-3-1--General Provisions.
