## Abstract

On September 16, 1997, the Governor of Colorado submitted a request to redesignate the Greeley ``not classified'' carbon monoxide (CO) nonattainment area to attainment for the CO National Ambient Air Quality Standard (NAAQS). The Governor also submitted a CO maintenance plan which included a 1990 base year emissions inventory. In this action, EPA is approving the Greeley CO redesignation request, the maintenance plan, and the 1990 base year emissions inventory.
