## Abstract

Utah has applied for Final authorization of the revisions (Addendums 7 and 8) to its hazardous waste program under the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA). EPA has reviewed Utah's Department of Environmental Quality applications and determined that its hazardous waste program revisions satisfy all of the requirements necessary to qualify for Final authorization. Unless adverse written comments are received during the review and comment period, EPA's decision to authorize Utah's hazardous waste program revisions will take effect as provided below.
