## Abstract

We are approving the section 111(d) Plan submitted by the Oklahoma Department of Environmental Quality (ODEQ) on December 18, 1998, to implement and enforce the Emissions Guidelines (EG) for existing Municipal Solid Waste (MSW) Landfills . The EG require States to develop plans to reduce landfill gas emissions from all MSWs.
