## Abstract

EPA is taking final action to approve a State Implementation Plan (SIP) revision submitted by the state of Iowa. This revision approves numerous updates of the state's air program rules and ensures that the state's SIP is current with Federal requirements. The effect of this action is to ensure Federal enforceability of the state's air program rule revisions.
