## Abstract

EPA is taking direct final action to approve revisions to the Pennsylvania state implementation plan (SIP). The revisions impose reasonably available control technology (RACT) to reduce volatile organic compounds (VOC) emissions from six (6) major sources located in Pennsylvania. EPA is approving these revisions to establish RACT requirements in accordance with the Clean Air Act.
