## Abstract

EPA is approving a State Implementation Plan (SIP) revision submitted by the State of Missouri. This revision pertains to Grossman Iron and Steel Company's Source Registration Permit, number SR00.045A. This permit, issued by the City of St. Louis, will control particulate matter (PM<INF>10</INF>) emissions from Grossman Iron and Steel Company. This approval will make the permit Federally enforceable.
