## Abstract

EPA is taking direct final action to approve revisions to the San Joaquin Valley Unified Air Pollution Control District (SJVUAPCD) portion of the California State Implementation Plan (SIP). These revisions concern Oxides of Nitrogen (NO<INF>X</INF>) emissions from Boilers, Steam Generators and Process Heaters (2.0 MMBtu/hr to 5.0 MMBtu/hr, and 0.075 MMBtu/hr to 2.0 MMBtu/hr); Dryers, Dehydrators, and Ovens; Natural Gas-Fired, Fan-Type Residential Central Furnaces; and Solid Fuel Fired Boilers, Steam Generators and Process Heaters. We are approving local rules that regulate these emission sources under the Clean Air Act as amended in 1990 (CAA or the Act).
