Abstract
This document adopts regulations requiring emergency information that is provided to viewers be made accessible to persons with hearing disabilities. This action is necessary in order to comply with section 305 of the Telecommunications Act of 1996. This action is intended to further the protection of life, health, safety, and property, of persons with hearing disabilities.
