Abstract
This document allows to sunset as of June 30, 2000, the Local Multipoint Distribution Service (LMDS) eligibility restriction. That restriction prohibits incumbent local exchange carriers and cable companies from having an attributable interest in the LMDS A block license that overlaps with ten percent or more of the population in their service areas. The action is taken to complete the Commission's review of this restriction.
