Truth-in-Billing and Billing Format

In this document concerning Truth-in Billing and Billing Format, we grant, in part, petitions for reconsideration of the requirements that telephone bills highlight new service providers and prominently display inquiry contact numbers. We deny all other petitions seeking reconsideration, but provide clarification with respect to certain issues. We note that several petitioners make arguments substantially similar to those addressed previously in the Truth-in-Billing Order and offer no new information to persuade us that our decisions in the Truth-in-Billing Order were erroneous. This document addresses only those new arguments raised in the petitions that we have not already considered and rejected.
