## Abstract

In this document, the Commission clarifies certain aspects of its rules governing the relocation of microwave facilities from the 1850-1990 Megahertz (MHz) band. These rule clarifications are consistent with the Commission's goal of ensuring the efficient relocation of fixed microwave incumbents from the 1850-1990 MHz band to higher bands and the efficient rollout of broadband PCS service in the 1850-1990 MHz band.
