## Abstract

This document denies Petitions for Reconsideration of the Report and Order in this proceeding. It reaffirms the previously established fee of five percent of gross revenues received from feeable ancillary or supplementary services provided by DTV stations. It also reaffirms the conclusion that home shopping, infomercial, and direct marketing services are not feeable.
