Abstract
This document substitutes Channel 234C3 for Channel 234A at Mishicot, Wisconsin, and modifies the license for Station WGBM accordingly in response to a petition filed by Bay-Lakes-Valley Broadcasters, Inc. See 64 FR 26720, May 17, 1999. The coordinates for Channel 234C3 at Mishicot are 44-22-48 NL and 87-36-58 WL. Canadian concurrence has been received for the allotment at Mishicot. To accommodate the upgrade at Mishicot, we shall also substitute Chanel 273C1 for Channel 234C1 at Gulliver, Michigan and modify the license for Station WCMM-FM to specify the new channel. The coordinates for Channel 273C1 at Gulliver are 45-58-01 NL and 86-29-18 WL. With this action, this proceeding is terminated.
