Abstract
The Commission, at the request of Cosmos Broadcasting Corporation, licensee of KCBD(TV), substitutes DTV channel 9 for DTV channel 43 at Lubbock, Texas. See 66 FR 8557, February 1, 2001. DTV channel can be allotted to Lubbock in compliance with the principle community coverage requirements of section 73.625(a) at reference coordinates (33-32-32 N. and 101-50-14 W.) with a power of 15.0, HAAT of 232 meters and with a DTV service population of 336 thousand. With this action, this proceeding is terminated.
