## Abstract

The Commission, at the request of Hearst-Argyle Television, Inc., permittee station KOCO-TV, substitutes DTV channel 7 for DTV channel 16 at Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. See 64 FR 54268, October 6, 1999. DTV channel 7 can be allotted to Oklahoma City in compliance with the principle community coverage requirements of Section 73.625(a) at reference coordinates (35-33-45 N. and 97-29-24 W.) with a power of 42.0, HAAT of 446 meters and with a DTV service population of 1248 thousand. With this action, this proceeding is terminated.
