## Abstract

The Commission, at the request of Entravision Holdings, LLC, licensee of station KNVO(TV), NTSC channel 48, substitutes DTV channel 49 for DTV channel 46 at McAllen, Texas. See 64 FR 59147, November 2, 1999. DTV channel 49 can be allotted to McAllen in compliance with the principle community coverage requirements of section 73.625(a) at reference coordinates (26-05-20 N. and 98-03-44 W.) with a power of 200, HAAT of 288 meters and with a DTV service population of 664 thousand. Since McAllen is located within 275 kilometers of the U.S.- Mexican border, concurrence by the Mexican government has been obtained for this allotment. With this action, this proceeding is terminated.
