Abstract
This document concerns rules and policies for attributing cognizable interests in applying the broadcast multiple ownership rules, the broadcast-cable cross-ownership rule, and the cable- Multipoint Distribution Service cross-ownership rule. The intended effect of this action is to clarify and resolve issues raised in petitions for reconsideration pertaining to the application of the Commission's attribution rules.
