Abstract
This document denies five petitions for reconsideration ("Petitions") of the Commission's Sixth Report and Order and Order on Reconsideration ("C/F Block Sixth Report and Order") challenging a number of the modifications to the C and F block service and auction rules. The Commission declines to further revise its rules and affirms its modifications as adopted in the C/F Block Sixth Report and Order.
