Abstract
In this document, the Commission adopts rules proposed in the Further Notice of Proposed Rulemaking, to implement the Children's Internet Protection Act (CIPA). On December 21, 2000, the President signed into law the Children's Internet Protection Act, included as part of the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2001.
