Abstract
In this document, the Commission addresses petitions for reconsideration and related pleadings regarding certain decisions in this proceeding. It affirms its earlier decisions, and revises certain rules concerning its statutory auction authority and the licensing of private land mobile channels in the 800 MHz band for use in commercial systems. This action by the Commission implements the Communication Act of 1934 as amended by Congress.
