Abstract
In this document, the Federal Communications Commission (FCC or Commission) addresses issues raised in petitions for reconsideration and clarification of the Commission's Third Report and Order on long- term number portability (LNP) and affirms the Common Carrier Bureau's Cost Classification Order. The document clarifies and affirms matters related to the recovery of carrier costs for LNP, which were decided in two prior Orders.
