Abstract
In response to a Notice of Proposed Rule Making, 67 FR 12501 (March 19, 2002), this document reallots Channel 259A from Chester, California, to Westwood, California, and provides Westwood with its first local commercial aural transmission service. The coordinates for Channel 259A at Westwood are 40-14-21 North Latitude and 121-01-52 West Longitude.
