Abstract
This document amends several of the Commission's rules regarding the provision of international telecommunications service. This document also clarifies the intent of certain rules and eliminates certain rules that are no longer necessary. This proceeding is part of the Commission's year 2000 biennial regulatory review. The rule changes will remove unnecessary burdens on the public and the agency.
