Abstract
This document allots Channel 281C2 to Childress, Texas, in response to a petition filed by Jeraldine Anderson. See 66 FR 46425, September 5, 2001. The coordinates for Channel 281C2 at Childress are 34-12-44 and 100-15-55. There is a site restriction 23.6 kilometers (14.6 miles) south of the community. With this action, this proceeding is terminated. A filing window for Channel 281C2 at Childress will not be opened at this time. Instead, the issue of opening this allotment for auction will be addressed by the Commission in a subsequent order.
