## Abstract

The Commission, at the request of Surtsey Productions, Inc., license of station KVCT-TV, Victoria, Texas, substitutes DTV channel 11 for DTV channel 34 at Victoria. See 66 FR 39727, August 1, 2001. DTV channel 11 can be allotted to Victoria, Texas, in compliance with the principle community coverage requirements of Section 73.625(a) at reference coordinates 28-50-26 N. and 97-07-47 W. with a power of 18, HAAT of 311 meters and with a DTV service population of 229 thousand. Since the community of Victoria is located within 275 kilometers of the U.S.-Mexican border, concurrence from the Mexican government has been obtained for this allotment. With this action, this proceeding is terminated.
